From age 8-12, we are laying a foundation to provide a platform where our athletes are able to grow and advance into elite performers. With this age group, preach perfection with fundamental athletic movements to develop necessary skills for our athletes to perform better. We create a fun and exciting environment in order to give our athletes a different and better perspective on performance training. Creating a foundation for these young athletes may be the most important step in being an elite athlete.
At age 13-18, these athletes are undergoing many physical changes as they grow into young adults. We begin to teach our athletes how to use their new strength and abilities that come with maturing. We work on developing flexibility, strength, speed, and agility during Phase II of the program. In order to maximize the output of our athletes, we begin to challenge them in new ways to develop mental awareness and toughness. During this phase, athletes prepare to face adversity and competition at the highest level.
There is extreme competitiveness among all sports at this level (Age 18+), as athletes compete for the few college scholarships available. In order to stand out, athletes must be different. We begin to start testing out certain metrics that are important for our athletes to excel in to go to the next level. This program begins to focus on the “in-game” movements and skills. With over 50+ ATH Performance Alumni in college sports, our program gives an advantage to athletes willing to put in the work.

Mesquite Pee Wee Football Association
Established in 1998, VICTORY Volleyball Club is a non-profit sports organization located in Plano, Texas. We run two different types of programs at the club. Our In-Season program is centered around injury prevention, flexibility, and the fundamentals of athletic movements. We work to perfect form in order to prevent injuries and enhance explosive athletic movement. This in-season program lays the foundation to a volleyball specific, off-season strength and conditioning program that we run each summer. The goal of most athletes at the club level is to play on the collegiate stage. Through the ATH Performance program, these athletes will put themselves ahead of the competition by perfecting fundamentals and increasing strength gains each year. If you have an athlete that plays volleyball, you will want to tune in for upcoming summer camp information on our services page.
The MPWFA is comprised of 15 teams and is located in Mesquite, Texas. Each summer we work in tandem with the coaches to provide a high energy, fundamentally sound, strength and conditioning camp. This is a 9 week program and will help these athletes be a step ahead of the competition as they get ready to compete for playing time in August. This is a great developmental program that will pave the way for unlimited strength gains through out the year. If you have an athlete that is middle school age, you will not want to miss this camp.
